Our Story

Razor Creek Beef was established in 2021, but our roots in farming and ranching date back much further. Our family's farm, which has been in operation since 1898 is a proof to our legacy. Brady and Hayley Pearson, along with their four children, are the proud owners of Razor Creek Beef. As the sixth generation on the farm and ranch, our children play a vital role in the success of our business. We take great pride in the value of this industry as a lifestyle and a legacy built by past generations.

Having lived in southern Utah, where we assisted with the family farm alongside the third and fourth generations, we observed the farm being taken over by subdivisions. We recognized that our opportunity to raise our children in this environment was limited and at this time we were fortunate enough to be able to relocate to Western Colorado. Brady's grandfather to preserve the family farm heritage which lead him to purchase a feedlot in Loma, CO in 2005. Since our move to Colorado in 2019, we have been living our dream, raising Sim-Angus beef cattle. We are committed to upholding this legacy through dedication, compassion, and gratitude.
